KOREAN CLASSY EARRINGS - golden

It's not as curvy as shown in pic

The color of the product does not match the image. I was expecting a darker gold. And the size is smaller than expected too. Disappointed. I get better stuff for 100rs on the train.

I have received a pair with both left earrings.. I called on number provided but no one responded. No calls were received. I sent a message on WhatsApp with all details and picture of the earrings as a proof. But there was no reply on chat as well. I requested a replacement or refund from the contact form on the web link. But still no contact was made by Jewelsmars. I believe this is not the service I expected from the brand. I am extremely disappointed and would like someone to look in this matter asap. This is not good. It was my first purchase and I will reconsider all other purchases I was willing to make with the brand. My Order number: 2420115643, I ordered the 80148- article. Minimal Leaf Pearl Korean Earrings. I have picture of the article already sent on Watsapp at 91-9643196811. Please review

Dint like the quality of clips and earrings
There is hot glue struck on the clip and the bow earrings are just soo delicate and overall the quality is cheap
